God Bless our Firefighters
As I am watching the continuing news coverage I am hearing stories of firefighters entering burning homes and attempting to save household possessions that families were unable to take with them as they were evacuated from their homes. One woman even called in to the news station to thank the firefighters that she was watching on the tv as they pulled pictures, clothes, and other items from her burning home. Not only are these men and women risking their lives and health conditions to fight through the ash, smoke, and fire, but they are also trying to save as many memories and personal possessions from the homes as possible. GOD BLESS THESE HEROIC INDIVIDUALS!
