Mandatory Evacuation Areas
MANDATORY EVACUATION FOR EAGLE PEAK AND CUYAMACA
A mandatory evacuation notice has been issued for Cuyamaca, just north of State Route 79 and Eagle Peak in the Engineers Road area.
Evacuation Orders for Tuesday, October 23.
- SAN PASQUAL VALLEY - South of the City of Escondido, West of Guejito Truck Trail, East of Interstate 15 and North of Highland Valley Road.
- NORTH RANCHO BERNARDO - South of Highland Valley Road, West of the City of Poway, East of Interstate 15 and North of Rancho Bernardo Road
- EASH RANCHO BERNARDO, RANCHO PENASQUITOS, 4S RANCH AND SANTA LUZ: South of Lake Hodges, West of Interstate 15, East of Camino Del Sur and North of Highway 56.
- DEL MAR HEIGHTS AND CARMEL VALLEY - South of Del Dios Highway, West of Camino Del Sur, East of Interstate 15 and North of Highway 56.
- JULIAN EVACUATIONS - Mandatory evacuations have been ordered.
- FAIRBANKS RANCH EVACUATIONS - Mandatory evacuations have been ordered for about 1200 homes in Fairbanks Ranch.
- DEL MAR - All areas east of Crest Road, San Dieguito Road, Oribia Road, Avenida Primavera near Crest Road, Serpentine Drive, Gatun Street, Balboa Avenue and Zapo Street.
- ESCONDIDO - Evacuations are being ordered in Escondido from Via Rancho PKY North to Hamilton and west to Valley PKY. Evacuations are also issued for northeast Escondido in Mountain View north to Citrus, then up to Bear Valley PKY to Lake Wohlford.
- THE LA JOLLA INDIAN RESERVATION - A Mandatory Evacuation order has been issued for the La Jolla Indian Reservation near Palomar Mountain. A structure there is on fire and has started a brush fire, burning approximately 150 acres so far. Several structures have burned in that area near SR 76. Harrah’s Casino is the evacuation center for residents in that area.
- WILDCAT CNYN & MUTH VALLEY SOUTH TO WILLOW RD - Reverse 911 calls were sent out at the request of Lakeside Fire at 2:45 a.m. Tuesday for all of Wildcat Canyon and Muth Valley south to Willow Road. Evacuations are mandatory and 3,780 calls were sent out. Evacuees are directed to Santana High School.
- FALLBROOK - All of Fallbrook has been ordered to evacuate. At least 100 structures have burned in that area. The Sheriff’s Department reported at 3:04 a.m. Tuesday that the Fallbrook fire is moving east toward De Luz Road.
