Reverse 911
Tuesday, October 23rd, 2007The reverse 911 system has worked as planned helping thousands of people evacuate their communities before the fires arrived. However with many phone lines and electric lines being damaged by the fires, some homes may not receive this warning. All residents of areas without electric or phone access should be aware of this and take the proper precautions. Remeber…homes, cars, and material possessions can be replaced, but lives cannot.
